If you are interested in joining Lakeville Hose Company, please click on the application link below. Along with the application, you will also need to submit a recent physical and a $5 application fee. Also, you must be recommended by 2 regular members and have them sign your application. If you do not know any of our members, you can call the firehouse and schedule to come down on a drill night to meet everyone.

LHC Membership Application

If you are between the ages of 14 -18 and want to join the Junior’s Program, please click the application link below. The Junior’s application requires a recent physical and parental permission. There is no fee for applying to the Junior’s Program.
